Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) & stuffed Fragata Green Olive.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Stick to Hendriks or choose an old Tom Gin to avoid "drinking a spruce tree"
