Serve in a

Martini glass
Ingredients:
2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
1 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
2 dash Peach bitters (optional)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of sink three almonds.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

Almond-inspired (hence the orgeat) with hints of apple and lemon juice. For a more full-on almond-flavoured alternative perhaps try my own Almond Martini.

Originally named an Almond Martini and created in 2004 by Matt Pomeroy at Baltic in London, England.
