Review:
The grassy oaky favours of aged rhum agricole sit well with the fresh lime and bittersweet liqueur.
History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2020 by Alec Bales at Ticonderoga Club in Atlanta, USA. Alec's original recipe called for the first 3 ingredients to be shaken and fine strained into a chilled glass, then for the Italian bitter to be carefully poured down the inside of the glass. (The goal being for the bitter to sink to the bottom of the glass rather than meld with other ingredients.)
