Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Rutte Celery Dry Gin
1 oz Americano bianco
13 oz Celery saccharum (celery syrup)
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and tip of flowering celery stalk.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
  6. Garnish with tip of flowering celery stalk pepped to rim.

Made this for the first time tonight and loved it.
I’ve got a fair bit of the Celery Saccharum left. Would it freeze do you think?

Very, very nice. My favourite barman used to make me gin daisies with celery and this was on par with his best. No cocchi in the house but blending 60/40 St. Germain and Dolin Dry did the trick.
