Ingredients:
1 12 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Peachtree peach schnapps
1 oz Cold black breakfast tea
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice &/or peach wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with lemon slice &/or peach wedge.

Recipe created in June 2020 by yours truly but inspired by numerous other "Peach Tea" recipes on the Interweb.

This is so refreshingly yummy, it’s peachy perfect tho not too sweet - Summer in a glass…. Forget the egg nog, the peach tea is a far more suitable Christmas drink, at least for those of us lucky enough to manage the side effects of way too much food and drink with a quick dip in the pool, down here in unfestively hot Australia

Served in a china cup as part of a posh afternoon tea - it was a lovely addition, perfect for a sunny afternoon treat.
