Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)
1 1⁄2 oz | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
1⁄2 oz | Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne |
2 oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
Garnish: Lemon slice wheel
STIR first 2 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
