1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
56 oz Angostura di Amaro
23 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist..
  3. POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass and briefly stir.
  4. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I love Amaro di Angostura, and this cocktail adds another way to enjoy it.
