| 3⁄4 fl oz | Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie) |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) |
| 1⁄4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) omit if using wet ice |
Rum and herbal honey liqueur enhance each other, with lime adding flavour, freshness and balance.

¼ Rose's Lime Juice.
¼ Drambuie.
Mix in bar glass., squeeze orange peel on top.
A cocktail called "Dean's Gate" made with 60ml vodka, 30ml Drambuie, 30ml lime cordial, and 30ml chilled previously occupied this page and existed on our database from the late 1990s and appeared in the first edition of our book.

Probably a completely different drink, but really, really good!!!
So A bottle of Grand Marnier and a teaspoon of honey had to substitute.
Definitely going to have to add a bottle of Drambuie and retry this .
