Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column)
23 oz Coconut rum liqueur (35-40% alc./vol.)
2 oz Pineapple juice
16 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Finish by pouring grenadine into the centre of the cocktail (which will sink to form sunset affect).

Simple cocktail. No fuss about it. Just some coconut and pineapple with a nice, sweet pomegranate finish at the end. Use homemade grenadine for sure.
