1 12 oz Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry
1 12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Fragata Green Olives.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered olives.

Tasty but not for everyone, the sherry I used was very celery forward so the flavour of celery was the key player in the drink, but the vermouth was pretty much present throughout the whole drink.
