Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 12 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
12 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 fresh Egg (white & yolk)
12 fl oz Whipping cream
2 fl oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
