Ingredients: 60 ml Gin; 30 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed); 15 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix); 1 Egg yolk; Soda from siphon

Serve in a

Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Garnish:

Lemon slice & mint sprig

How to make:

SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with soda.

1 fresh	Egg yolk
Top up with	Soda from siphon
