How to make:
SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Carefully FLOAT cream by pouring over the back of a spoon.

1/2 fl oz | Dutch White Crème de Cacao |
1/2 fl oz | Cinnamon schnapps & Goldwasser liqueurs |
1 fl oz | Apple juice |
3/4 fl oz | Single cream / half-and-half |
