Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Krupnik spiced honey liqueur
1 12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Great twist on vodka sour. Note from October 2025: Krupnik has returned to stores with a new formulation, which is a lot sweeter than the old one, so the proportions may need adjustment.
