Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Canadian icewine
34 oz Sauvignon blanc wine
13 oz Chilled water reduce if wet ice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Its a complex cocktail, can taste the wine, hint of the gin. One to make again.
