1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Pineapple juice
1 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Coconut milk
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and pineapple wedge.

Method

POUR all ingredients into chilled glass.
Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and SWIZZLE.
FILL glass with more crushed ice.

Garnish

Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and pineapple wedge on rim.

Very intense flavor! Not sure I've had a cocktail with the much green Chartreuse in it. Really good though!
