| 1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |

| Float lightly whipped | Single cream/half-and-half |

How to make:
Place bar spoon in glass. POUR first three ingredients into glass and stir. FLOAT cream.
