Was undecided if I wanted to try this as it looked a bit on the sweet side. We were surprised by the final cocktail. While there is sweetness to the cocktail, it is acceptable to this dry cocktail drinker. The sherry is a distinctive and all the herbals work well together.

I enjoyed this, but it is much more to my taste if the gin is upped to 45ml and the Grand Marnier to 30ml

Our previous recipe was too large to fit the glass so I have scaled back and while doing so, moved to proportions nearer to your recipe. Many thanks, Alan.
