| 1⁄3 oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 1⁄3 oz | Absolut Vanilia Vodka |
| 1⁄6 oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
| 1⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3 oz | Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- No garnish to prepare.
How to make:
- Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh from each shell into shaker.
- Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- TOP with prosecco.
