| 1⁄2 oz | Passoã passion fruit liqueur |
| 3⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Passion fruit purée |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Vanilla Syrup |
How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of serve with brut sparkling wine, ideally rosé on the side.
- BLEND all ingredients with ¾ of a 7oz scoop of crushed ice.
- POUR into chilled glass.
