Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 23 oz Banana rum
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
13 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
4 drop Difford's Daiquiri Bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of dried banana chip.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. Garnish with dried banana chip.

I used Discarded Rum. The banana taste is authentic but fragile. I whacked a big banana wheel on the side of the glass to enhance the sensory illusion of banana!
