How to make

Serve in a Coupe glass

Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
POUR Pedro Ximenez sherry into second smaller glass to be served on the side.

I loved it. I couldn't stop alternating sips of each glass. Such a brilliant use of all the flavours.

Brilliant idea for a cocktail. Very moreish - you need to remember how alcoholic the custard is. Now one of my favourites.
