Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
1 oz Bourbon whiskey
34 oz Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur
1 dash Peach bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of peach wedge.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with peach wedge on rim.

I have to say, love this! I have been stuggling to find cocktails with DOM that I love and this is it. I didn't have peach bitters but did it with Fee Brothers Cherry bitters and it was delicious.
