1/2 fl oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine

Method

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. TOP with sparkling wine.
