Ingredients:
1 oz Speyside single malt Scotch whisky
34 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
34 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth chilled
34 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Adapted from a recipe created at The Spirits Workshop, a distillery in Sydenham, Christchurch, New Zealand, originally equal parts and with their own Divergence Whisky and Curiosity Pinot Barrel Sloe Gin.

This sounds like it could work. I must give it a try.

I am a big fan of the BAS, despite it being a cocktail that many people look down upon. When made carefully (usually increasing the scotch to 1.5 oz) it can be very interesting and unique.
