Ingredients:
1 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 12 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
16 oz Monin Cinnamon Syrup
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative

How to make:

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

Given the context behind the creation of this cocktail, it is understandably cherry brandy forward but this richness is balanced with sour lime with tequila contributing its strength of character to this assertive sour.

Very nice. All the flavours balance. The touch of cinnamon is the difference maker. It adds a subtle spice which warms the cherry flavour. Tequila and lime is a given. Very nice (again!)
