Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
12 oz Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
12 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

I really enjoyed the depth that Rabarbaro brings to this Negroni riff. The bitter flavours combine particularly well. A good enough reason to store Rabarbaro in your cabinet.

Used rhubarb gin - skipped the rabarbaro - and a splash of tonic water - tastes great.
