Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 oz | Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry |
| 1⁄2 oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
| 2⁄3 oz | Bols Blue Curaçao |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of edible flowers.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:
Bittersweet notes of gentian and fruity pineapple combine harmoniously while fino sherry adds complex dryness. Blue curaçao bolsters the fruitiness while also turning this cocktail turquoise blue.
History:
Adapted from a recipe created by Jim Whitmore at Bar: Toto, Newcastle, England, who says of this drink, "After many requests for Pornstar Martinis we caved in and created the Dirk Diggler (Boogie Nights). Later on it seemed logical to complement the Diggler with a Rollergirl (fun but with hidden depths). For fun we used blue rather than clear orange curaçao."
