Method:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP with sparkling wine.

This one stands out!... Bacardi Carta Blanca, St. Elder, homemade hibiscus syrup, Martini Asti. Punchy, tart, bright, effervescent. Light-lifting, relatively dry aftertaste. Fruit and elderflower lingering. Added to my faves!
