POUR all ingredients into an ice-filled glass. If poured in the following order there should be no need to stir.
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Λευκό κρασί |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur |

Basically the same as a Veneziano Spritz but with equal proportions wine to Italian red bitter liqueur, we like to further distinguish the Bicicletta from the spritz by serving it with less volume in a tall slim highball glass rather than the larger glassware associated with spritz. Much more appropriate for the ride home.
Ιστορία:
Bicicletta (Italian for bicycle) is another name for Veneziano Spritz and is one of many examples of regional differences across Italy in the name of what is essentially the same drink. The name is said to have originated due to old men wobbling home on their bikes after an evening of Biciclettas with their friends.

- 0.9 standard drinks
- 10.45% alc./vol. (20.9° proof)
- 12.5 grams of pure alcohol
