Cocchi di Torino did influence the outcome here... but I'm getting a strong expression of a hybrid of a Belgian Tripel and American NEIPA for some reason. Fruity, green-herbal, bitter. Can't think of another cocktail like this.

Wonderful cocktail. There is the herbal hints from the vermouth and gin while the pineapple juice adds touches of a tiki style drink. Dry but the juice adding a nice sweetness.

Surprisingly dry for a pineapple based drink. The gin and vermouths work in tandem to give depth and interest.
