Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz White overproof rum (unaged Jamaican/funky)
3 oz Mango purée
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mango slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass filled with crushed ice.

A distinctly tropical cocktail flavoured with mango.
