1 fl oz Patron Reposado Tequila
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
Top up with Filter coffee (hot)
Float lightly whipped Single cream / half-and-half

How to make:

Place bar spoon in glass. POUR first three ingredients into glass and stir. FLOAT cream.

Tip: Lightly whip or simply shake cream in container before pouring over the bowl of a spoon. It also helps if the cream is gently warmed.
