Today I mad the original version using Chambord liqeur. This gives the slight bitterness and results in a really fine balanced cocktail.

For a non-alcoholic version omit vodka , raspberry liqueur and Grand Marnier. Instead use 6cl cranberry juice, 3 cl orange juice, and 1,5cl raspberry syrup and follow the original recipe. You can add a dash of Angostura orange bitter (contains alcohol!) or an orange zest twist.

A good cocktail with the possibility of improvement. Essential is the pepper grind and next time I would add a dash of bitters, Peychaud`s or Orange Angostura.

I steered away from cocktails with herbs in for some time but basil is amazing in lots of things and here adds a sophisticated twist to strawberries
