10 fresh Raspberries
2 fresh Small ripe strawberries (hulled)
2 fl oz Cognac
¾ fl oz Disaronno Originale amaretto
½ fl oz Lejay Creme de Fraise
1 fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
fl oz Single cream / half-and-half

How to make:

MUDDLE raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker. Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Lightly WHIP cream and FLOAT over drink.

Garnish:

Crumbled Cadbury's Flake bar

Comment:

Very rich - looks and taste like a trifle.
