How to make:

MUDDLE raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker. Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Lightly WHIP cream and FLOAT over drink.

2 fresh Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
2 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 fl oz Disaronno amaretto
1/2 fl oz Giffard Fraise des Bois liqueur
1 fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1 1/2 fl oz Single cream / half-and-half
