Glass:
Serve in a Martini glass
| 2 inch | Cucumber (fresh) |
| 5 fresh | Raspberries |
| 1 1⁄2 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Raspberry flavoured vodka |
| 1⁄2 fl oz | Giffard Crème de Framboise |
| 1⁄4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.
How to make:
- MUDDLE cucumber and raspberries in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with skewered raspberries.
Review:
Rich raspberry with green hints of cucumber.
