Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
5 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
12 oz Chilled water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

History:

Created in May 2002 by Phillip Jeffrey at the GE Club, London, England. He made it for a friend called Zelda - the name really wouldn't have worked if she'd been called Tracy.
