Ingredients:
2/3 fl oz Jamaican-style overproof aged pot still rum
2/3 fl oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
2/3 fl oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
2/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 fl oz Thomas Henry Soda Water

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Double old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered lime slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail) with mint sprigs.
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. TOP with soda and briefly stir.
  6. Garnish with skewered lime slice wheel and maraschino cherry (sail) with mint sprigs bouquet.

History:

Originally made at the Good Hope Hotel in Falmouth, Jamaica. The Good Hope is an 18th Century country house set in a 2,000-acre plantation high in the lush landscape of Cockpit Country near Montego Bay.
