fl oz Amontillado sherry
¼ fl oz Lagavulin 16yo Islay single malt whisky
¼ fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.


Orange zest twist


Sherry and rum combine harmoniously with the smoky Islay malt highlighting spicy notes.
