Martini glass...
1 inch Red chilli (thin slice)
2 fl oz Patron Reposado Tequila
½ fl oz Berentzen Apple Schnapps
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
½ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)

How to make:

MUDDLE chilli in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Small red chilli

Comment:

A hint of chilli heat adds interest to an Apple Margarita, creating a full flavoured contemporary classic.
