How to make:

Lighly MUDDLE (just press) chili pepper in base of shaker to release its flavour. (If you muddle hard then the finished cocktail will be overly spicy). Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Small red chilli (warn drinker not to eat)

Comment:

A hint of chilli heat adds interest to an Apple Margarita, creating a full flavoured contemporary classic.

About:

Created by Danny Smith at Che, London, England, initially using rum instead of tequila. 'Fuego Manzana' is Spanish for Fire Apple.
