Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
12 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
12 oz Peach schnapps liqueur
12 oz Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare mint sprigs for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.

This is one that can definitely use a long shake or a splash of water. Found the flavours a bit harsh at first, but put in a few small cubes of ice and it softened and blended well. Does drink easily, so be aware of what you are consuming. This is another cocktail that is very easy to over indulge.

I didn’t realise I’d run out of Peachtree (life iscso tragic) but substituted Poire William and dialed back the lime to 10ml. Not sure what the original is like but this was lovely.

Fear not, we've plenty of Peachtree in stock! Just tried your Poire William (liqueur rather eau-de-vie) riff against the original and I much prefer your version.
