With freshly squeezed grapefruit juice this is excellent and has interesting chocolatey notes. Really bracing and nicely balanced.

If, like me, you are seeking to rationalise the number of ingredients in your home bar, then this ticks the box on my list for what to make when you have juiced grapefruit. Light and refreshing.

Living in Southern California, we found this wonderful. Very refreshing and perfect with all types of Mexican foods. The Aperol add a wonderful underflavour, but it is about the tequila and grapefruit here. Is going into my favourites. Perfect for summer.

It's very Tequila forward. The Aperol is subdued and it actually is a non fizzy Paloma. A salt rim would be good!

Made it with Espolòn Reposado and Aperol. Really simple to make but the result is a little light for my taste. I would suggest using Campari Instead.
