Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) optional
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with orange slice wheel.

I found it excellent, but very sweet. As proposed by Mr Derailleur, I would like to try it with half cognac and half Grand Marnier. Or reduce orange juice a little bit.

Very good combination of cognac and orange but I found it richer and better with the alcohol content being half brandy and half grand marnier
