How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 fl oz||Bacardi 8 year old rum|
|1 1/2 fl oz||Yoghurt liqueur|
|6 drop||Vanilla extract|
Creamy yoghurt married with aged rum and richly flavoured with vanilla.
Inspired by the classic Pina Colada, this was created in 2011 by yours truly at the Cabinet Room, London, England.
