2 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
2 fl oz Sauvignon blanc white wine
1 spoon Cartron No. 7 liqueur
1 spoon Elderflower cordial
1 spoon Picon Biere

How to make:

STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice filled glass.


Orange zest twist (spray & discard)


Burnished copper red and bitter sweet with Aperol, wine and a dash of elderflower, fruit liqueur and bitters.


Created in 2009 by Rich Hunt at Quo Vadis, London, England. It is based on the flavours of the spritz, but there are no bubbles of any kind.
