Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
1 wedge Lime (fresh)
Top up with Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
3 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
  4. Lightly stir.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

I didn't (and usually don't) have Grand Marnier. Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao though was pretty good in this with Fever Tree Refreshingly Light Ginger Ale.

Boring. Grand Marnier can't stand up to ginger ale.
