1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
23 oz Amaro Montenegro
23 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered pink grapefruit zest.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a skewered pink grapefruit zest.

I thought this was very nice. Zippy and fresh with some floral complexity. I'll try the original with equal parts next.
