1 fl oz Chilled water
1 fl oz Pressed apple juice
½ fl oz Giffard Orgeat Syrup
¼ fl oz Freshly squeezed lime juice

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

So named due to this drink being flavoured with absinthe, apple and almond.
