Ingredients:

3⁄4 oz	Hayman's London Dry Gin
3⁄4 oz	Coconut liqueur (under 35% alc./vol.)
3⁄4 oz	Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc)
3⁄4 oz	Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) chilled
3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s optional

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist.
3. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest twist.

How to make:

4. STIR all ingredients with ice.
5. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

6. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
