How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|1 1/3 fl oz||Bepi Tosolini Grappa di Moscato|
|1 fl oz||Espresso coffee (freshly made & hot)|
|2/3 fl oz||Coffee liqueur|
|1/12 fl oz||Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)|
|2 drop||Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt)|
Grappa is made to go with espresso coffee and adds its distinctive flavour to this cocktail originally made with vodka.
